311 - This number is important. You can use it to call in for police, fire, or any other problem. Simply listen to the operator and select an appropriate option, and be sure to get a confirmation number.
410-866-Drug - This number can be seen advertised on a billboard at Bentalou Street and Frederick Avenue. It is the city's new phone line for reporting drug related activities. This is yet another resource for us to use to make Carrollton Ridge a safer community. Please take advantage of it.

Each household must have at least two trashcans with tight fitting lids. All waste to be picked up needs to be in proper containers, so please purchase them if needed. Let's keep Carrollton Ridge looking beautiful.

Roll Offs
Carrollton Ridge has the privilege to have roll offs in the community each
month of the year.
Many people think that it should be put in the same stop each month.
This is not fair to all residents.
Some complain that the roll off does not stay long enough.
The confirmation that is sent to the Carrollton Ridge Community Association
is the date and time for the duration of the drop off (normally 9:00 am -
2:00 pm for weekdays, but for Saturday the drop off may occur any time on
Friday and may stay as late as Monday).NO CONTRACTORS OR LAND LORDS ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE ROLL OFF - POLICE WILL BE CALLED
The following cannot be placed in the Roll-Off:
- Building Materials,
- Household Appliances & Tires,
- Tire Rims,
and Household Hazardous.
